A seasoned technologist with over 20 years of experience, Bobby Lalwani has built a career at the intersection of corporate IT and consulting. His dual perspective — as both an internal leader and external advisor — brings a rare blend of strategic insight, technical expertise, and customer focus.

Bobby drives technology design and strategy, overseeing IT onboarding, documentation, cybersecurity programs, and the management of all company hardware, software, and applications. His thoughtful, hands-on approach ensures that systems not only perform but empower teams to do their best work.
Experience
Bobby has held several leadership roles, including IT Director at Mach49, Worldwide IT Manager at Nimsoft, IT Manager at Blazent, and enterprise IT Consultant for Fortune 500 companies across Silicon Valley. In 2010, he founded BKL Networks, Inc., where he continues to provide IT consulting and support to businesses throughout the Bay Area.

Bobby earned his bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
Brian Hanitio
Chief Technology Officer
Brian Hanitio has been a part of BKL Networks since 2015, growing from IT Support Specialist to Chief Technology Officer through his technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to helping clients succeed.
As CTO, Brian works closely with businesses to understand their technology goals, design secure and reliable IT solutions, and lead projects from planning through implementation. While he now oversees strategic initiatives, he still enjoys working directly with clients to solve complex technical challenges and ensure their technology supports their business—not the other way around.
Known for his practical, solutions-focused approach, Brian has a passion for learning and simplifying complex technology. Whether designing network infrastructure, implementing cloud solutions, or troubleshooting critical issues, he is committed to finding the right solution while providing exceptional customer service. His focus on honesty, clear communication, and long-term relationships has earned the trust of clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, exploring new places, and following soccer. A longtime fan of the sport, he enjoys keeping up with teams and players, watching matches, and discussing game strategies and memorable moments with fellow fans. He also values the opportunity to travel with his family, experience new places, and create lasting memories together. Brian believes maintaining a healthy balance between work and family is essential, and that the same values of communication, trust, and teamwork that strengthen families and successful sports teams also build lasting client relationships.

With over three decades at BKF Engineers, Derrick brings deep experience in technology management, strategic consulting, and infrastructure strategy to BKL Networks' clients.
He specializes in business continuity planning and building robust, Microsoft-based infrastructure across multi-office organizations, with a proven track record designing, delivering, and supporting technology services at scale. Derrick has built and led IT teams throughout his career, consistently managing and delivering projects while driving innovation forward.
Known for his precision and drive for continuous improvement, he leads program and project management engagements that keep client technology resilient.
